There are 7 Churches in Revelation chapters 2 and 3, and they relate to 7 Church ages. The age of the Philadelphia Church kept Gods words and was the period of the Reformation from the 1611 King James bible until the first counterfeit "bible" of the 1880's.
The age that we are now in, The Laodicean Age, is Luke warm in apostacy in falling away from Gods words with the counterfeit "bibles" from the 1880's until now with over 225 satanic counterfeits.

Warning - using a counterfeit "bible" will allow God to block all the advanced revelations of comparing scripture with scripture, because these scriptures have been "broken" by bewitched wicked men. These counterfeits destroy chain references by deleting and changing what God said. It is important for you to BELIEVE that the KJV is the word of God. Some Christians are deceived because someone can be saved, and get deliverance from devils (demons) without any bible present - genuine or counterfeit, so then they think their counterfeit "bible" must be ok.

2 Peter 1:20 - 21 "Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost."

Use only the true genuine Sword - the authorized 1611 King James Bible, as ALL scripture is profitable, as long as it is not a counterfeit. These counterfeit "bibles" have been severely edited; adding, subtracting and changing verses. "For we are not as many which corrupt the word of God" (2Cor 2:17). Satan attacked the words of God in the garden of Eden (he was a liar from the beginning) where Satan asks Eve: "Yea, hath God said.., and Eve committed the first sin of the Bible (Gen 3:1-5) by subtracting from Gods words by omitting "freely", then Eve adds in verse 3 the word "touch". Satan also attacked Gods words the same way in 1885 with the corrupt RV Revised Version and over 225 counterfeit "bibles" since then.

Satan's war is against only the genuine 1611 Authorized King James Bible from the received text that came from Antioch - not against any of the other counterfeit versions. Bible critics and correctors place themselves as the final authority above the Holy Spirit who wrote the Bible with His words. The Gnostics in Alexandria Egypt edited God's Word (Rev 22:18-19) with the Alexandrian texts - the Vatacanus and the Siniaticus bible versions which is the text used in all the modern versions (changing and subtracting verses and words, and adding the Apocrypha).

The fake bibles will alter what God said, thus making God out to be a liar. All of these fakes come from the "Minority Text", which consists of ONLY TWO severely edited manuscripts - Vaticanus and Sinaiticus! In opposition, the Authorized King James Bible, also referred to as the "Majority Text" , agrees with about 95% of all available manuscripts. In addition, there are over 5000 differences between the Minority Text and the Majority Text, and these changes in the Minority Text and their fake "bibles" affect Bible doctrines that Christians have always believed. Also, it is clear that through history, since the time of the reformation and the King James Bible, entire countries were blessed when they upheld and believed it. First it was Germany with Martin Luther, then England with the King James Bible. When they gave up the King James Bible, they lost their blessing. Just look what happened to the once great British Empire! With the introduction of these fake "bibles" in the late 1800's the "Philadelphia" Church Age ended and the age of apostasy (the "Laodician" Church Age) started. However, on a smaller scale, even families that use and believe their King James Bible get blessings. It is unfortunate that people are led to doctrines of devils through the perverted texts that come from Alexandrian text Bibles (NIV, NKJV, Amplified, Living Bible, etc.), that blind them (strong delusion) from studying to rightly divide the word of truth (2 Tim 2:15). For example, someone not rightly dividing the Word will mistake verses aimed at someone in the Tribulation as verses that they think can apply to them now. This promotes a false fear of the loss of salvation "doctrine of devils" in believers. Now, in this age of Grace, we have ETERNAL SECURITY, as the soul is saved now, but not yet our vile bodies, as we get a new glorified body later at "The Rapture" . The Pauline Epistles are written for us in this age, and if other Bible verses line up with them, then we may apply them to us.
